Card-present and virtual terminal flows wired straight into the member record. Payments are set up through us — a merchant account with our payment partner, and the encrypted gateway credentials that connect it to your members.

Why it is one company
Payments land on the member, not in a report
Payments are set up through Anexan. The merchant account is opened with our payment partner and stays in the business's name, and the gateway is one we have chosen and integrated — because a connector has to be written and maintained per gateway, and a vendor supporting whichever one you arrive with is maintaining an integration per customer. One route, done properly, is why the decline reason arrives on the member it belongs to, in the system where the follow-up happens, instead of in a file to reconcile.
It also means there is never a question about whose problem a payment is. The gateway and the processing belong to the payment company, but the account was opened through us and the connector is ours, so there is one place to ask.
